Case Study: Fit-PC

After interning for a SME back in 2011, I identified some issues regarding the management of the overall supply chain, of their e-commerce business.

 

The purpose of this research was to identify the parts of the supply chain that could be improved in order to increase performance of the e-commerce activity; and also to offer potential ways of improving things.

The goal of this assignment was to come up with a process of website optimization through analytics, that would lead to a successful web marketing strategy for a SME when combined with online website advertising techniques. I chose the company I was interning for as a case study for this assignment.
